Take 3 Deep Breaths

 

Pausing to take 3 deep breaths allows you to move between where you are and where you want to be.  It slows down the day, or starts it consciously in the morning.  It tidies it up at the end of the day.  It is Three Deep Breaths of inspiration which move outward, embracing the individual,  caring for everyone known by the individual, and including everyone  else all over the earth.
